In addition to this work, I was the Executive Director of the Tibetan Resettlement Project-Chicago, which coordinated the resettlement of Tibetan refuges to Chicago in the 1990s. I’ve been a small business owner, restaurant server, rideshare driver, and grocery deliverer.

I founded a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide college scholarships for immigrant and refugee high school seniors while also serving as a mentor for first-generation college students through Evanston Scholars, and refugee sponsor through Refugee One. If you are looking to support good work in the community, I urge you to invest in one of these three projects. Please contact me directly about my Family Foundation.

I hope you find the work on these pages interesting and intriguing.

Many thanks.  Jeff

Welcome! After years of being prodded by friends and family, I have finally launched a website to gather and showcase some of my work. I hope you enjoy the exploration of my music and writing projects here as well as my work as a writing tutor. Feel free to get lost in the music and stories.

Music

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
